Orders and Delivery

Please check product descriptions, ingredients and instructions before ordering. Handmade products may vary slightly in appearance but must match their description.

Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown before payment.

Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it, we will notify you and refund your payment.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of acceptance. We remain responsible for deliveries arranged by us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Contact us about missing, damaged or delayed orders. Your legal cancellation and refund rights apply.

Cancellations and Returns

For most online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. For an order delivered separately, this generally runs from receipt of the last item.

Email hello@cannamagics.com to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Contact us for return instructions. You pay return postage when changing your mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.

Refunds use your original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a fee. Cancelling the whole order includes a refund of standard outward delivery, but not premium delivery upgrades.

We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where legally permitted.

Personalised goods and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not automatically exclude all opened cosmetics or affect faulty-goods rights.

Faulty Goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You generally have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a refund, with further rights to repair, replacement or other remedies afterwards. Contact us if something is wrong.

Privacy and Responsibility

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or negligence. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms follow the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections or your right to use the appropriate courts where you live.
